Ask your midwife
- 1Your midwife fills in a registration card at your 18–20 or 28 week appointment.
- 2The box arrives in the 4 weeks before your due date. Twins and triplets get a box each.
- 3Moved house? Call 0800 030 8003 with your registration number.
